AI model providers
Agent features use the model provider credential that each customer supplies. That provider processes ticket content under the customer's own agreement with it, so it is not our sub-processor. We do not currently supply model capacity to cloud customers. If we do in future, the provider will be added here first.
Self-hosted deployments
A self-hosted deployment runs in the customer's own environment, and these sub-processors are not involved unless the customer configures them.
